Due to venue requirements and event contract obligations, our wedding is 21+ only.

Average highs in mid-October in Woodinville this time of year are in the high 50s, with the lows in the mid 40s. There is a high level of variance in the weather this time of year, and anything from blue skies to raining could be expected. However, most of the wedding will occur after sunset and temperatures will be lower in the evening accordingly.

Dress code is semi-formal/cocktail attire. Ladies can wear floor length, tea length, or midi formal dresses. No white, ivory, or cream colored dresses. Gentlemen can wear a suit and tie, or matching a suit jacket or a blazer with dress pants.

RSVPs will open July 19th, and are due September 7th. Please submit your RSVP using the form on this website, or by mailing in the RSVP card sent with your invitation.

Due to a hard cap on the number of guests allowed by the venue, please only RSVP for those listed on your invitation.

Transportation details to and from the venue will be finalized by the time you receive your invitation.

Due to limited space at the venue, we will be using Valet parking for all guests who travel by vehicle.

Please arrive at minimum 30 minutes ahead of ceremony time if you are driving so that you have enough time to utilize the valet and make your way to the ceremony space.

Dinner will be served buffet-style with vegetarian options available. Any allergens associated with items will be listed. We will be collecting specific allergy and dietary information when you submit your RSVP so that we can alert the chef in advance.

No hard liquor will be served at the event. However, wine and non-alcoholic beverages will be provided by us for all guests.

Please arrive no later than 5:20pm to ensure you are seated before the ceremony begins. Doors open at 5:00pm.
